Nice job and I agree raw is better especially when it comes to performance. On average I eat about a dozen eggs a day for the last 20 years sometimes 2 dozen and sometimes 3 dozens. Why……….because it’s easy and I enjoy the taste and they are mostly raw. So why have I never been sick from eating raw eggs and the few times I have been sick from food it was cooked food and not prepared by me? Why is my performance the best it’s ever been at 53 as opposed to 23 when I was using tons of supplements? Why do most of my peers seem to be falling apart and on multiple medications? I have moved away from heavy powerlifting and more towards cross fit type training most especially 100m sprints and my times are very good. The point here is that going back to the previous podcast it’s all about who is controlling the information. How about connecting the dots with who controls information in regards to fitness like the magazines for example and how this type of information control becomes a form of mind control. BTW I raise my own hens so not only are the eggs raw but they are organic and soy free. I love these podcasts…………great information you will not typically hear or read about.

    BTW I also use plenty of pasture raised raw butter and beef liver which is about 90% raw. The difference in eating this way and performance is absolutely huge in my opinion. Been doing it too long and anyone that has and eats a heavily cooked meal understands the difference as it just sits in you gut.
