Hey guys great discussion. When I eat 3 dozen eggs I’m simply replacing other foods I might have eaten like beef liver or ground beef for example. Eggs are simple and of course I raise hens so I have easy access and there is farm not too far away that follows Joel Saltins method of rotating the hens behind the cows while also making sure the organic feed is soy free. Soy has been found to raise the phytoestrogen levels of the eggs themselves and my own hens are soy free too. How do you begin to explain to someone that soy is a very cheap commodity and that is why you are eating it and why it’s fed to livestock. They think it’s health food so I wouldn’t recommend eating store bought eggs.

I eat those eggs throughout the day blended raw usually with organic cocao, stevia and a little bit of fresh spinach/celery juice. When I do cook eggs they are sunny side up just enough to cook the egg white while leaving the yolks still cool and this is with organic coconut oil. Once I dump them into a bowl the whole mixture takes on a warm consistency. I only do this when I want to feel something sitting in my stomach and that seems to happen more so with cooked food. I could easily eat more eggs per day but I don’t want to be ridiculous………….lol………….

I also like the shock value of being able to tell people that I eat so many eggs and have so for close to 20 years. I’m hoping that when they see how low my bodyfat is along with my ability to perform physically they will make a connection. For most getting over the fear of cholesterol is not possible unless they actually took the time to pick up a book and even better if it’s a few dozen. Otherwise the programming and social proof is too hard to overcome. In fact it is impossible for most. Can you imagine if the average person told their wife or husband they were going to eat a dozen eggs a day………….lol…………….too much pressure to conform to the message that is controlled by the marketers. It’s like a person that is diagnosed with cancer. It’s not just the fear that makes them take the treatment that most Oncologists wouldn’t take themselves it’s the social pressure to conform, to take the treatment.

If people can come to the realization that we have been brainwashed and programmed from birth they can start looking for more information and decide what is true after some research. I’m 53 and my strength and speed is the best it’s ever been. Set a state record in the raw deadlift about 2 years ago and set a national record about 10+ in the AAU raw division of course all being life time drug free. Meanwhile my peers are being diagnosed with all types of diseases, many on multiple medications, and several dying an early death. It sad but it is also hard to wake people up. Keep up the great work.

I think I was in my very late 20’s when I came to the realization that television, magazines, etc were not very good sources of information and you had to actually read books. People are equally as shocked that we don’t own a television.

BTW the last good book I read on cholesterol was “Cholesterol Clarity” which has a panel of experts who contributed including Chris Masterjohn who is associated with the Weston A Price organization. What I found interesting was the 2 page disclaimer at the front of the book. It made me laugh that people have to fear telling the truth but that is how the system is set up.

I wanted to add on to my comment. This whole topic hits a nerve with me and there is plenty I could say but I will leave it to a question that maybe you can address some time in the future since this all relates to politics. There are a few fairly large well known names in the online health/nutrition space who advocate eating meats, milk, and eggs raw but mostly in private and not so much in a vocal way online at least for meats. Of course with politics the status quo is always looking for areas of weakness where any threats to the power structure can be attacked and discredited and eating raw meat could be use in this manner. It then becomes easy to label people in a negative light without the general public taking the time to research it. Are there any worries or maybe a hesitancy to speak freely on this subject because of this concern?
